はじめまして、山下訓広です。
このたびはメンタルトレーナーとして43Labに入社することになりました。
まずは私の自己紹介をさせていただきます。
私は1986年5月29日千葉県柏市に生まれ、地元の中学校卒業後、流通経済大学付属柏高校に入学、流通経済大学卒業後、ロアッソ熊本に入団。
ロアッソ熊本を2年で退団後、シンガポール、ミャンマー、インドネシアの東南アジアの国で9年間プレイしていました。
合計11年間のプロ生活を終え、一般企業に就職。
その後、メンタルトレーナーという職業と出会い43Labに入社する事になりました。
私は幼稚園の時サッカーと出会い、そこから2019年引退までサッカーと向き合ってきました。
幼少期はシャイな性格で人付き合いが得意な方ではありませんでしたが、サッカーというスポーツに出会ってから共にボールを蹴る事で友達作りを学び、今では人見知りをしない性格になりました。
生まれた時から体は大きい方で、運動神経も周りより高い方だったので正直に言うと中学生までは自分が一番サッカーがうまいと思っていました。
しかし名門校、流通経済大学付属柏高校に入学し自分より上手い選手がたくさんいることを知りました。
1学年50人ほどの部員がおりその中で11人のポジション争いを行うような高校でした。
今まで自分より上手い選手がいるとは思っていなかったので自分は足元がうまくスピードのある選手だと思っていました。
ただ入学してみると自分より上手い選手がたくさんおり、もちろん速い選手もたくさんいました。
1年生大会に出場したとき相手は市立船橋高校でした。
市立船橋高校も強豪校で、当時千葉県では一番強い高校と言われていました。
私はセンターバックで出場しました。
その試合の中でヘディングで競り合う場面が非常に多くありました。
私はヘディングの競り合いで一度も負けませんでした。
中学生まで自分がヘディングが強いという認識がありませんでした。
試合後チームメイトからは山下ヘディング強すぎと言われ私の長所はヘディングだと言うことに気づいたことを覚えています。
そこから私は長所であるヘディングに磨きをかけレギュラーを目指しました。
しかし私には明らかな短所もあり、チームで一番走れない選手でもありました。
そしてボールを繋ぐ事も苦手な選手でした。
ヘディングについては本当に誰にも負けない自信があったのですが試合展開によって自分のパフォーマンスがうまく出せない事も感じていました。
課題は明確なのにその部分を埋められない。
人より走れない人よりボールをうまく繋げないそういったことに不安を感じて試合に出ていたこともあります。
ただ試合の中で自分の長所であるヘディングで勝つ事で自信がみなぎり短所と思ってる部分に全く不安を感じずにプレイできることも多々ありました。
なので私は長所に目を向けて試合の中で長所を生かすことだけを考えそれをバロメーターとして試合に臨んでいました。
高校3年生まではレギュラーに入れず2軍でプレーしていました。
3年生になると私の長所のヘディングを認められレギュラーに入る事ができました。
また国体選手にも選ばれ私の中で一歩ずつキャリアアップしていったのを覚えています。
ただ3年生でレギュラーになってからもパフォーマンスにいい時悪い時の波が激しい選手ではありました。
そこを意識しながらプレイを続けていましたが、なかなか自分の中で解決策が見つかりませんでした。
結局、高校最後の高校選手権は県の決勝で市立船橋高校に負けてしまい全国大会に行くことができず高校サッカーに幕を閉じました。
Jリーグからは声がかからずそのまま付属の大学である流通経済大学に入学しました。
流通経済大学もまた強豪大学で1学年約50人。
200人弱の選手がいました。
大学入学時1番驚いた事は高校時代に有名な選手たちがたくさんいたことです。
全国の名門校と言われる高校の選手がたくさんいました。
ただそんな中でも自信がないと言う事はなくまずは大学に入って自分の長所であるヘディングを生かしい頑張っていこうと思っていました。
大学では7軍までありましたが、私は最初のキャンプで割と良いパフォーマンスを出せたためか2軍のチームに所属することができました。
大学に入っても感じていたこと、私は本当にヘディングが強い。
流通経済大学はJリーグのチームと練習試合をすることもありました。
そういったプロの選手を相手にしてもヘディングだけは負けませんでした。
唯一勝てなかったのは当時浦和レッズにいたブラジル人のワシントン選手。
ヘディングが強いというか縦も横も大きい選手で目の前に立つと壁のような選手でした。
ぶつかってもびくともせず驚きました笑
大学に入ってもヘディングを武器にトップチームを目指していましたがやはり短所である体力のなさ、ボールをつなぐ部分で弱点を露呈してしまいなかなかトップチームには定着できませんでした。
流通経済大学はJFLにも参入しており2軍にいてもスカウトなどが試合を見に来ていました。
2軍ではキャプテンも務め試合には多く出場していました。
4年生になって1軍で試合に出ることもありましたがなかなか定着ができず1軍と2軍を行き来するような立ち位置でした。
私の年代では注目選手が数多くおりJリーグのスカウトはよく試合に見に来ていました。
結局卒業まで1軍に定着する事はありませんでした。
しかし福岡の大会で私がヘディング時にフォワードの選手を飛び越える場面がありそれをロアッソ熊本のスカウトが見ていたそうで、その場面が印象に残りロアッソ熊本に入団することができました。
大学側からスカウトが来たと報告された時非常に嬉しかった、夢が叶ったと言う思いでうれしかったことを覚えています。
私が卒業時流通経済大学からは12人のプロ選手を輩出。
その中の1人に私も入ることができました。

I join 43Lab as a mental trainer.
First of all, I would like to introduce myself.
Born May 29, 1986 in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, after graduating from a local junior high school, I entered Kashiwa High School attached to Ryutsu Keizai High school, and after graduating from Ryutsu Keizai University, joined Roasso Kumamoto.
After leaving Roasso Kumamoto in two years, I played for nine years in Southeast Asian countries such as Singapore, Myanmar and Indonesia.
total 11 years of professional life, after that I got a job at a general company.
After that, I met a professional mental trainer and decided to join 43Lab.
When I was a child, I was shy and not good at socializing, but after encountering the sport of soccer, I learned to make friends by kicking the ball together, and now I have become a not shy person.
It was a high school with about 50 members in each grade and 11 of them fighting for positions.
However, when I entered the school, there were many players who were better than me, and of course there were also many fast players.
When I participated in the 1st grade competition, my opponent was Funabashi High School.
Funabashi High School is also a strong school, and was said to be the strongest high school in Chiba Prefecture at that time.
I participated in the center back.
There were a lot of scenes in the match where we competed in the heading.
I never lost in the heading competition.
Until junior high school, I didn’t realize that I had a strong heading.
After the match, my teammates told me that Yamashita heading was too strong and I remember noticing that my strength was heading.
From there, I refined my strength in heading and aimed to be starting 11.
However, I also had obvious drawbacks and was the worst player on the team.
And I was not good at connecting the balls.
I was really confident that the heading, but sometimes I couldn’t good performance.
Because I don’t have confident of technical.
The problem is clear, but that part cannot be filled.
Sometimes I was worried about the fact that I couldn’t connect the ball better than people who couldn’t run.
Until the third year of high school, I was playing in the 2nd army without being a starting 11 player.
When I was in the third grade, I was able to get into starting 11 because of my strong heading.
I also remember being selected as a national polity player and improving my career step by step.
I continued to play with that in mind, but I couldn’t find a solution for myself.
In the end, the final high school championship in high school lost to Funabashi Municipal High School in the prefectural final and could not go to the national tournament, ending high school soccer.
I entered the University of Distribution and Economics, which is an attached university, without any voice from the J League.
Ryutsu Keizai University is also a powerful university with about 50 students per grade.
There were an about 200 players.
What surprised me most when I entered university was that there were many famous players in high school.
There were many high school players who are said to be prestigious schools nationwide.
However, I didn’t say that I wasn’t confident in that situation, and I thought I would go to college and do my best to make the most of my strength, heading.
There were up to 7 teams in college, but I was able to join the second team probably because I was able to perform relatively well in the first camp.
Enen in college I showed strong heading.
Ryutsu Keizai University sometimes played practice games with J-League teams.
Even against such professional players, only the heading was not defeated.
The only player who couldn’t win was the Brazilian Washington player who was in Urawa Reds at the time.
I was surprised even if I bumped into it
Even when I entered university, I was aiming for the top team with the heading as a weapon, but I could not easily settle in the top team because I was weak in physical strength and exposed weaknesses in the part where the balls are connected.
Ryutsu Keizai University has also entered the JFL, and even in the 2nd team, scouts and others came to see the game.
He also served as a captain in the second team and participated in many games.
In the 4th grade, I sometimes played in the 1st army, but I couldn’t settle down easily and I was in a position to go back and forth between the 1st and 2nd team.
In my age, there were many players to watch, and J-League scouts often came to see the game.
After all, I didn’t settle in the 1st army until I graduated.
However, at the Fukuoka tournament, there was a scene where I jumped over a forward player at the time of heading, and it seems that the scout of Roasso Kumamoto was watching it, and that scene left an impression and I was able to join Roasso Kumamoto.
I remember being very happy when the university reported that a scout had arrived, and I was happy to say that my dream had come true.
When I graduated, I produced 12 professional athletes from Ryutsu Keizai University.
I was able to join one of them.
